About Me

Hello! My name is Kai Stüwe, and I come from the vibrant city of Hamburg. As the founder and director of three international nurseries and co-founder of the Kindermitte association, I have extensive experience and in-depth knowledge in social pedagogy and team management. I am committed to innovative educational approaches and social engagement. My goal is to provide high-quality early childhood education and to offer children a valuable foundation for their future.

Professional Experience

Managing Director and Educational Leader, Blueberry Hill Nursery (since 2020)
Blueberry Hill Nursery is located in Hamburg-Eißendorf and offers bilingual childcare for both nursery and elementary children. The educational concept goes beyond imparting knowledge; it focuses on fostering personality development and values such as tolerance, respect, and personal responsibility. The aim is for each child to start primary school with confidence and an open mind towards different cultures.

Managing Director and Educational Leader, Kleine Engel gGmbH (2006–2024)
Kleine Engel is a non-profit kindergarten for children aged three to six. The educational offering covers all areas of early childhood education, from music to early math.

Managing Director and Educational Leader, Hamburg International Kids (2009–2023)
Located in the heart of Hamburg-Eimsbüttel, Hamburg International Kids operates two groups for children aged one to six. A dedicated, multicultural team works with trust, security, and a lot of joy in pedagogy.
